Please give as much information as you can when you are making your complaint, including all of your supporting evidence, in order for the Member Governance Team to be able to assess it. Before you make your complaint, please read the Disciplinary Process Guide for more information on how to do so.
If your complaint is not about a Conservative Party Member, the Party will be unable to investigate it. If this is the case, we will tell you as soon as we are able to.
Members and Representatives in Scotland have their own Code of Conduct and procedures to make a complaint. You can still use the online submission form to make your complaint – just select “Scotland” from the dropdown menu.
