The Conservative Party takes allegations of misconduct extremely seriously.

We hope that Party members or members of the public do not have any reason to make a complaint about a member of the Party, but if they do, it will be handled fairly and impartially.

The document below is a guide to the Party’s formal disciplinary codes and procedures to help anyone who makes a complaint or is the subject of a complaint, to understand how a complaint is handled and what to expect from the process.
