It takes just over one hour to reach the ICC from London and Birmingham also has direct connections to most major UK cities. Services arrive at Birmingham Grand Central and the ICC is a short 15 minute walk or a 5 minute taxi ride from the station.
If you are planning to drive to Birmingham, you will have no problems finding the venue as Birmingham is at the heart of the UK’s motorway networks, close to the M6, M5 and M42. There are ample parking spaces available in the city centre and near to the venue. Click here for more information.
Please note that due to the conference being in a secure island site, some roads near the ICC may be closed for the duration of the event.
Visitors arriving by car will need to be aware of Birmingham’s Clean Air Zone. The ICC and associated visitor car parks are located within this area. Dail charges apply to vehicles entering the zone which do not comply with the zone’s criteria. For further information and to check if your vehicle is Clean Air Zone compliant, please click here.
Birmingham boasts a wide range of accessible facilities.
The closest blue badge parking spaces are 177 yards from the ICC in Cambridge Street.
The ICC is a fully accessible venue. Mobility scooters and wheelchairs are available within the secure zone. Please contact registration@conservatives.com.
